Calculator inputs stay in your browser
Calculations run on your device. GrowthBudget does not send your spending, contacts count, course count or other calculator inputs to its server. Downloaded plans are created locally. Refreshing or closing the page resets inputs. There is no customer account, payment, newsletter or upload form.
If you choose to use a browser assistant, the browser may make our calculator tools available to it. The tool receives the values supplied by that assistant and returns a calculation through the browser. Your browser or assistant provider’s own data settings apply.
Anonymous page totals
When the server returns a public page, it increments a daily total. The statistics database stores only a date and a number. It contains no individual visit records, IP addresses, names, email addresses, visitor IDs, page paths, referring sites, device information or calculator values. No identifier is hashed or retained, and visits are not linked together.
Counts represent page responses, not unique visitors. Reloads, different pages and bots can each increase the total. Responses restored from a browser cache may not reach the server. Signed-in administrator requests, prefetches, errors and browser requests carrying Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Days use Europe/Bucharest time.
We keep these anonymous totals while the site operates to show daily and lifetime activity. Existing public page-view totals have been combined by day; previous page, event and source categories have been removed from the active database. Measurement changed to server response counting on 25 September 2026, so earlier totals used a different method.
No browser analytics or tracking cookies
GrowthBudget adds no tracking script, analytics request, advertising pixel, visitor cookie, browser-storage ID, fingerprinting or session recording. The server counter does not ask your browser for extra information. The former statistics preference cookie is removed when it reaches the site; no replacement is created. We do not send the statistics to external analytics or advertising services.
Delivery, security and service providers
Web delivery necessarily involves connection data such as IP address, request details and browser information. The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting with Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting, security and authentication providers may process technical logs and necessary cookies. This is separate from the anonymous totals. The infrastructure necessarily receives connection data to deliver and protect the site; the application does not put it in the counter database. Our basis for running and securing the site is legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Technical data may be processed outside the EEA. Provider policies describe their retention criteria, recipients, international processing and transfer safeguards: OpenAI and Cloudflare. Contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to this site. We do not claim that all infrastructure data stays in the EU.
Email and external links
If you email us, your address and message are processed to answer your request, based on legitimate interests, or to meet a legal obligation when you exercise data protection rights. Messages go to our Gmail mailbox and are retained as needed to handle the request and any applicable obligations. Do not send passwords, customer lists or unnecessary sensitive information. Google’s privacy policy describes its service processing.
External providers load only when you follow their links. An affiliate link includes our publisher identifier and a fixed page tag, not your calculator values or a GrowthBudget visitor ID. The destination provider’s privacy and tracking rules apply. Its accounts, purchases and payments are handled by that provider.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email the contact above. We normally respond within one month; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain it within that month. We may request only the information needed to verify a request. We do not collect extra identifying data merely to identify someone in aggregate statistics.
You can complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority, or the authority in your country of residence, work or the alleged infringement. GrowthBudget does not use your data for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
